Our Call
Out Service allows you access to our Engineers only
when you have a specific need. If you have a problem, just call
us and we will respond as soon as practical.
Our Full
System Service provides a complete review of your system
and identifies the issues behind any problems you are encountering.
For any problems, we will provide alternative solutions. Where
specific additional hardware or software is required, we will
explain the reasons and provide you with the costs before gaining
authority to purchase these items on your behalf
Our Annual
Service Contract helps you to plan the operation of
your system with local support just a phone call away. We will
respond to your problems, provide on site Engineering support
as appropriate and provide system maintenance and administration
services. When problems occur from time to time, the standardisation
of your system enables our help desk to provide an effective
service, resolving many problems over the telephone.
Where On-site
Problem Resolution is required we will visit your offices
at an agreed time to diagnose and resolve a problem. While our
Engineer is onsite, other issues may also be addressed. Annual
Service Contract customers enjoy preferential rates for On-site
Problem Resolution.
Customers who require additional
Hardware, Software or Consumables
may wish to take advantage of our rebate scheme. This provides
5% of the price of any purchases as a rebate to Annual Service
Customers. Rebates may be invested in any EDAS services identified
within this guide.
