The EDAS Full System Service

From our initial meeting we will have a reasonable understanding of
your system and any problems. For the Full System Service our
Engineer will review your servers and desktops and identify the
issues behind any problems you are encountering. As each problem
is encountered we will review with you the alternatives rectification
options. Where specific additional hardware or software is required
we will explain the reasons and provide you with the costs before
gaining authority to purchase these items on your behalf.

Our Full System Service will achieve two important objectives;

  • Resolution of identified problems to deliver you a working system.
  • Standardisation of your system to reduce the future cost of support.

System Audit

The System Audit comprises a review of your network and enables us
to provide you with recommendations and options for your system.
This audit is our starting point. It enables us to get to know you and
your systems and is a practical and useful introduction to a long-term

System Standardisation

The system audit will identify the path to achieve a standardised system.
A standardised system will ensure that you have minimum system
interruptions and downtime. The System Standardisation project will
identify the need for any hardware, software and the necessary EDAS
services to ensure you have a Standardised System. We will clearly
identify any costs within the System Audit report.
